Advanced Line Features
Third Advanced Line is a stainless steel mesh brake hose designed specifically for each vehicle to provide outstanding pedal touch.
With standard OEM rubber hoses, the hose expands due to hydraulic pressure when strong pedal pressure is applied, resulting in loss of pressure transmission. By adopting a stainless steel mesh hose that suppresses expansion, transmission efficiency is improved, resulting in a more rigid pedal touch.

This product has passed the stringent tests for tensile strength, burst strength, pressure resistance, whip resistance, etc. of the Japanese Industrial Standard JISD2601 "Automotive parts - Non-mineral oil hydraulic brake hose assemblies" standard, which was created based on the ISO3996 standard. Of course, it is also vehicle inspection compliant.
Third advanced line compatible with new standards
In order to meet the new, stricter standards for fastening the middle section of the hose, we have designed and developed a fastening part that does not use any tie wraps, etc., resulting in a brake hose that boasts high reliability.
