The Torsen (torque sensitive) LSD type Racing has been born, offering excellent traction performance that allows you to control your car exactly as you want.

While maintaining the smooth lock-up characteristic of Torsen, it achieves a high locking ratio that makes circuit driving possible.
Unlike mechanical LSDs that have an initial torque, Torsen generates a locking ratio that is proportional to torque, so there is no sudden change in locking ratio even when the accelerator is suddenly turned on and off during circuit driving.
The smooth locking ratio has little effect on posture changes, allowing for more aggressive driving on the circuit.
Torsen, whose components are mainly gears, also has less of a decrease in locking ratio due to rising oil temperature compared to mechanical LSDs (multi-plate type).
While the name Torsen may lead you to believe that it is a differential gear primarily for street use, it is a "Racing Torsen Differential Gear" that is suitable for sports driving and has been praised by many professional drivers and is used in many circuit record-holding cars
.
*Due to the Torsen structure, there is no chattering noise

[Product Features]

  • Compared to the multi-plate type, this LSD maintains the smooth, linear response that is one of Torsen's strengths, while providing a locking ratio more suited to sporty driving (133% or more locking ratio when the accelerator is on, and 124% or more locking ratio when the accelerator is off compared to the standard Torsen LSD).

  • Compared to the standard Torsen LSD, the side gear is divided into two parts, and a helical spline is used in the mating section to increase thrust force, achieving a high locking ratio and improving traction performance.

  • Torsen's characteristic of instantly and optimally distributing torque stabilizes the vehicle and allows for aggressive driving.

  • Even after the torque on the inner wheel decreases, the torque on the outer wheel does not decrease due to the high locking rate, improving cornering performance
